“Great place to stay while visiting Bran and Zarnesti. Staff were incredibly friendly, and took very good care of us. Even played me and my friend off, as we left, with our new favorite Romanian song, “Lady” by Sandy Ciorba… which we had been dancing to out on the balcony :) Food was also excellent, and the lamb stew with polenta was one of the best dishes I had in Romania. Getting in the driveway to park is a bit of a pain, but we did finally make it. Trick was to swing wide and to turn in……

“This is not an hotel which means that the reception is not usually staffed. You are given a key which opens both the front door and your bedroom. I found this unusual but not inconvenient. The staff are lovely and it is not too far from the middle of town. A bit up hill if you are out of condition ”

“Comfortable, clean room in a 500 year-old building. The location is in the heart of the beautiful Citadel and is a short walk from pubs, cafes and restaurants. The owner is cheerful, friendly and helpful. Wonderful stay that is a gem in a 5-week European trip. If I’m ever back in Signasora, I will definitely stay at Le Teo.”
