“absolutely delightful little pensione in a delightful little town. Lovely little flower filled courtyard. Spacious comfy room with immaculate bathroom. Pretty much right in the centre but very quiet. The owner is a very civilised fellow who makes wine and spirits which you can try in the cellar. The building is many hundreds of years old but beautifully restored. highly highly recommended. ”

“Great place to stay while visiting Bran and Zarnesti. Staff were incredibly friendly, and took very good care of us. Even played me and my friend off, as we left, with our new favorite Romanian song, “Lady” by Sandy Ciorba… which we had been dancing to out on the balcony :) Food was also excellent, and the lamb stew with polenta was one of the best dishes I had in Romania. Getting in the driveway to park is a bit of a pain, but we did finally make it. Trick was to swing wide and to turn in……

“A lovely 2 day stay. The accomodation is very basic but very central...there is a restaurant serving very good food below Staff there were very nice and friendly. The restaurant is fully adorned with hand carved wood. A visit there is a must.”

“Sicher eine Perle im Portfolio von Expedia. Die Pension ist inhabergeführt und sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Das Frühstück ist wirklich lecker und abwechslungsreich, oft mit regionalen und hausgemachten Produkten. Die Betten sind überragend, man schläft ausgezeichnet. Die familiäre Atmosphäre bleibt lange in Erinnerung. ”
