“Great B&B to walk through old Tivoli & enjoy the city. Felipo was a great host and hearing about the family history with the house was special. And Sibilla, the restaurant he recommended (and called to reserve a table for us) was amazing!!! Also, the rooftop terrace was awesome. Definively hope to visit again. ”

“Ottima posizione, personale gentile e disponibile ma struttura non organizzata per un b&b, camera assolutamente spoglia : letto matrimoniale, letto aggiunto e comodini, abbiamo dovuto chiedere uno stand per appendere i vestiti e una sedia di appoggio. Camera molto piccola. Bagno pulito, a parte due ragni sul soffitto, ma assente di appoggi per asciugamani. E' assente una guardania pur essendo la struttura isolata. Il prezzo è troppo alto per l'offerta, abbiamo usufruito della colazione……

“Very nice stay. Convenient location. To use toilet you need to pump it otherwise it seems like the toilet doesn’t work but it does. ”

“We were just passing through the area for one night on a longer road trip. This place was great for our needs. We were able to walk into old-town Tivoli for a night out. It's walking distance to a lot of the archaeological sites Tivoli in known for. It was easy to get to the property, and there is onsite parking. The room was clean and comfortable. The included breakfast was also very good. ”

“C'est tout simplement merveilleux, un havre de paix à la campagne, beaucoup d'animaux dans un paysage vallonné et verdoyant. Le propriétaire est d'une extrême gentillesse et met tout en œuvre pour vous aider, les repas sont copieux et délicieux. Rome est accessible en une heure en voiture ou en train, c'est très pratique.”
