“Absolutely fantastic. Yes, it’s up 3 floors by stairs but the exercise is totally worth it for what you get. Service is outstanding. Literally answer your messages within minutes. Above and beyond what we were expecting. The area is fantastic. You’re right in the middle of it all. I can’t think of a single negative thing to say. If you’re in doubt book it. “This place was wonderful - a seamless experience. Easy self check in. The bed was comfy, shower was nice, soaps provided, even coffee pods and other kitchen basics. Air conditioner worked great. Location was fantastic in a great neighborhood. Even had a place to put our luggage on site when we had a night time flight the day of our check out. That was super convenient. “Set just below Mont Martre Cathedral, this apartment/hotel is perfect for a longer stay in Paris. Kitchen (includes stove top & microwave) gives you the option of eating in or dining out. Very spacious room, especially in PARIS! Comfortable beds, quiet, self-laundry available. I stayed a total of 13 nights - felt like home.
Only heads up: MANY stairs to climb in order to get there - lot's of luggage? - take a taxi.”

住宿期間，晚間突發性停電導致不少房客無法入房（電子房卡），房務人員處理緩慢（我們於黑暗的大廳等待超過5hrs，才前來處理），雖用備用鑰匙打開房門，但房客依舊「抹黑住宿」，無任何其他處理及慰問、直到天亮才回覆供電。
希望後續針對緊急情況有好的處置。”
