Aucune information sur la fiche hotels.com relative aux frais, aucune information donnée oralement sur place et l'hôtel se defausse en disant que les cours sont indiques dans la brochure présente dans la chambre. Grosse frustration qui impact une adresse intéressante. ”

“"Unique" was idea to pay extra for swimming pool using. For the first time in my life receptionist try to charge me (hotel guest) for usage hotel property. I have a long and difficult day, traveling from Chicago to the Czech Republic 10,5 hours flight to Istanbul, 6,5hours stop, 2,5 flight to Prague. I rented a car and have 2,5 hours drive to the hotel. I tried rest and relax. Unfortunately a very rude receptionist mentioned I can't use hot tub which was included but there was a "private……
