I felt so reassured by the staff’s friendly approach to ensuring a pleasant stay and of course my safety. “We enjoyed the entire stay the staff was so welcoming ! We were welcomed with complimentary juice and even complimentary wings at happy hour ! Big shout outs to Ms.Anna at the bar she kept us laughing and great conversation she’s a Vet there and it truly shows with her extraordinary hospitality! The food and drinks was also very good 10/10. They offered a swim up bar as well. The hotel ambiance was great for pictures and the pool was big. It’s also located across from the pier where you can get……

“The property is in the heart of San Juan, but the gps location is not accurate. We were able to call the owner who gave us actual directions to the property. Once we got there, everything improved. The owner contacted you in advance to confirm your stay, so that was nice. I had previously booked the property, and they cancelled it, and raised the rate.
