“I didn't receive the shuttle service. Information was sent to me very late, I was already airborne. I needed info regarding hotel-shuttle service ahead of time. I end up paying 30USD for the taxi service.”

“Its not the first time I've stayed there (the Palms, Trinidad) i call it my 2nd home. Staff are amazingly friend. Room service is on point & the cleanliness is faultless. I would highly recommend. I staff for weeks at a time. There's plenty of delicious eateries around (minutes walk) Although i love staying at the hotel the only disappointment I had was the restaurant, which has been taken over by Tropical Hand. I was not impressed with this company. There are 2 separate companies & i hope this……

“The owners were very accommodating! They picked us up from the airport at midnight and dropped us off again at 4 AM. We were very grateful. The rooms are basic, but clean and close to the airport. It's perfect for an overnight layover.”

“It's really value for money. Big clean rooms breakfast was yummy. The amenities in the room was appreciated. Only 2 things there should be pool access from the building you shouldn't have to go outside and walk around the building. The ac in the room should have been 2 the room is big”

“Home away from home is how I describe it. Beautiful traditional interior. Room was clean and not musty and quiet. Had a desk and chair which are not guaranteed for inns. Towels were scented. Snacks, coffee and tea available all day. And close to the airport. Would definitely stay here again.”

“It doesn’t look like much from the street. I almost passed it by. But once inside, I sm glad that I did not. This place is beautiful, quiet and in a very nice neighborhood. I teach at least once a year. I will definitely stay here again next. Also can’t wait to bring my wife here.”
