“Its not the first time I've stayed there (the Palms, Trinidad) i call it my 2nd home. Staff are amazingly friend. Room service is on point & the cleanliness is faultless. I would highly recommend. I staff for weeks at a time. There's plenty of delicious eateries around (minutes walk) Although i love staying at the hotel the only disappointment I had was the restaurant, which has been taken over by Tropical Hand. I was not impressed with this company. There are 2 separate companies & i hope this……

“I had to stay overnight for a layover. It was good enough to stay for one day and had no problems. They offer free shuttle rides to the airport at specific times. But If it's out of that time frame, it's a charge of $10. ”

“**Fantastic Stay – Great Location & Amazing Staff!** an excellent experience from start to finish. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist with a smile.
