“My experience staying at Palm was pretty decent to be honest. I wish the room had more amenities though. The wall unit air conditioner was heaven though, LOL! However, the front desk staff and the manager were very patient, courteous and professional dealing with my transaction. I reserved my room on Palm’s website overseas before coming to Trinidad and there was a miscommunication on my end. I was very impressed how the staff and hotel manager handled my situation. Thank you again for taking……
