Down sides from our 1night stay are: 1) Half way through eating our meal we was told to move tables from outside to inside as they had a business party to host (we was 5mins from finishing our meal) no one turned up for the party till we was finished & leaving. 2) The balcony was very dirty, had to pick up liter and cigarets before our two year old went out there. 3) cigarets left in the ashtray on our balcony. 4) The mattress in room 31 has collapsed and has a……

“I’m not sure this should be a 4 star rating, was more like a 3. Not sure we’re ‘luxury’ came into it! Lots of things were closed, games (mini golf, table tennis , air hockey) were either broken or not open. The spa was there but looked very dirty and forgotten about. Staff only spoke Bulgarian, with very few English words spoken by the very younger staff so not really international friendly. Rooms were mopped daily but not much else. Food was same every day except for one replacement dish a day……

“The room was very clean. We had a nice view of the Black Sea. Downside was that the shower drain was plugged. Didn't know how to contact anyone for help. Also didn't know where to find the entrance or office. It was around the back of the building. Nice lady there to help us find our room.”
