“The staff was very kind and accommodative. I arrived a day earlier and they were willing to reschedule my cabin at no extra charge. Make sure to program gps while at San Ignacio, data is flaky in the mountains. Also lear how to descend in compression or 4WL to avoid break overheating, other than, fantastic and beautiful adventure, highly recommend. Thanks to the staff, wiil be back”

“I liked the pool best,followed by the restaurant...food was excellent. The part that I didn't like was that the address and location was difficult to find and I had to call the hotel personal couple of times and even then the way It's was explained to me was complicated...”

“I never received from the owner the details for checking. I called him without response. VRBO, was not very helpful, they just gave the owners phone number. I couldn't find the property and lost my booking. Now I need a full refund of my money. I think Expedia shoudn't take the money in advance when the address of the property is not provided or doesn't exist. It has been a shocking experience. I hope others won't fall in the same situation.”

I went on 2 tours that were set up by them and highly recommend those also. The location was convenient and I would definitely stay there again. ”

“This hotel was very beautiful, a Salvadoran gem! A beautiful view of the lake from the restaurant! We also loved the appetizer we ordered: fried yucca with cheese inside. The restaurant staff was very nice and helpful, the receptionist for the hotel seemed kind of annoyed we were there but it didn’t take away from our stay. I would recommend this lovely place for sure!”
