“Wie auf FeWo-direkt beschrieben, alles prima. Den Code zum Einchecken haben wir - anders als versprochen - allerdings erst nach Telefonaten mit FeWo-direkt und der fürs Praktische zuständigen Agence erhalten. Viel unnötiger Stress. Es war aber auch sehr heiß an dem Tag. Fehler passieren.”

“Meine Buchung wurde wegen 'Wasserschaden' storniert und ich bekam keine Nachricht, nachdem ich um eine SMS gebeten hatte. Es kam eine Mail, die ich erst wieder zurück zuhause lesen konnte. Vor Ort telefonierte ich mit der Verwaltung, die mir lediglich mitteilte, dass meine Buchungsnummer wie auch mein Name nicht vorlägen. Wir gingen in ein Hotel, das wir direkt vor Ort aufsuchten.Trotz der Osterfeiertage waren viele Hotels nicht ausgebucht.”
