“We booked an ‘arty’ room, really comfy bed and nice & quiet. Secure overnight parking, ideal stop off point from France to UK. A little out of town but if it’s just a rest stop you need then it’s ideal. Really nice bar area, super dog friendly & nice food served in the restaurant (opens at 7pm and food isn’t available before that, although the lady behind the bar kindly heated us up a pizza as we were ravenous!) The service in the restaurant was slow, an hour’s wait between starters &……

“What an amazing place and the staff were fantastic. Limited options for food in the evening but we used uber eats and used the dining room which was perfect. 14 euro in an uber to Epernay and the champagne houses, a 35 minute walk to Ay centre. A very enjoyable few nights away.”

“Ayant deux jours de taf dans le coin, moi qui habite en région parisienne, j'ai réservé une chambre et commencé à voir à quelle heure je pourrais arriver. J'avertis l'hôtel de mes horaires atypiques, ils mettent en œuvre une solution. Mes horaires changent, je recontacte l'hôtel, ils me reconfirment une nouvelle solution, la veille. Puis mes horaires rechangent pendant ma journée de travail avec le risque que ça s'éternise. On me répond que dans tous les cas il y aurait quelqu'un à l'accueil……
