“酒店的服務非常好,入住前兩次電郵問我是否要幫我預訂些什麼,到達時前台的服務也很貼心。但房間衛生程度不合格。入住第一天,送給客人的巧克力已經打開,枕頭上有頭髮,地毯有上一位客人留下的食物,估計根本沒有更換床舖,我入住的幾天應該也不會換床舖。每天清潔都很隨便,浴袍髒了也沒更換,忘記給我們新的棉簽。以這個房價而論是不可接受”

“Clean and comfortable room. The rain shower had great pressure. The elevator was slow so plan ahead. The location is the best! Walkable to the city center, cafes & restaurants, the cathedral, grocery store (small bottle of water is.67) and the train station. Staff was very pleasant. The water in the room is €3!!! Coffee station in the room is not plentiful, but there is a Starbucks around the corner. I would stay here again! 🙌🙌🙌”

“This is a really lovely hôtel with great facilities. Breakfast is cooked individually and very tasty, with fresh herbs and some of the best ever marmalade! There's a little garden which is quite a bonus. I loved the pool and the bathroom as well. The only thing I'd like on top if what was available would be a bar that was open beyond 10 pm. Maybe I return later than the average guest but a nightcap is a grand way to finish a day on holiday. ”

“This is a very convenient budget-priced location in Reims - the reception welcome was good and thorough in providing information for the stay. Good size bed, comfortable in a well-lit room with a desk for working etc. Clothing space small but adequate with enough space to hang clothes. Bathroom and shower also adequate and clean. Enjoyable stay. ”

“Hôtel simple et basique idéalement situé est a proximité du zénith et de petit commerce pour se restaurer Quelque petit détails pourrait être amélioré ( changez les rideaux trouées, faire attention au drap qu’il ne soit pas tachées) Petit bémol le parking ainsi que l’accès au chambre il est marquée ascenseur mais nous nous sommes retrouvés dans une aile annexe avec un escalier super étroit qui peut vite devenir dangereux avec des valise ou des enfants en bas âges sachant que l’annexe avait……

“Très bien situe, prés de la collégiale. Parking juste en face (gratuit à partir de 19h). Chambre petite, mais confortable. Literie excellente. Petit déjeuner buffet moins fourni que dans d'autres Ibis Styles et salle de petit déjeuner pas tres grande, donc quand il y a du monde, l'accès au buffet est difficile.”
