“Overall excellent stay. House was as advertised. Pool and hot tub were heated upon arrival as requested. Host was very responsive. We had a little confusion at check in with the main gate but the host quickly addressed it for us. Host was able to accommodate a late checkout which was much appreciated. ”

“The stat was excellent except the pool was so cold it was unusable. We had to pay to heat it but then we were told the overnight temperatures made heating it impossible. We were disappointed but other then that it was wonderful”

Entry gates being open at different times was a little confusing at first. Takes a few minutes to get off the interstate and to the community.Main problem was with resolving issues - host was responsive to communications but follow-up wasn't there. Contacted about three issues:1. Hot tub not heating up - after flipping the heater on, nothing happened after about……
