“We had a family of 8 that stayed the first week of April 2025. The host sent instructions for getting to the house and access code for the door before we left the airport. There are modern appliances, a washer and dryer, full kitchen w utensils and dishes and cookware. The pool and hot tub area were nice with a patio area and grill. The Oasis club is a short 8 min walk, or you can drive. They have a restaurant, movie theater, lazy river, and a large pool with tiki bar. What to know before you……

“Massive house with all the amenities. We never left and we were never bored.”

“We were a group of adults having a "retreat" weekend. The house is opulent, luxurious and felt like we were at our own hotel. The management team was 6 star. We will be back! Highly reccomend!”

She was constantly reaching out via email letting me know about all the amenities that were available for my family. Which was very convenient being that I was there to visit a family in the hospital. The overall stay I will give a 4 out of 5.”

“This is a review for 202 Captiva Dr, in the Enclaves at Downtown Festival. We booked 8978 Stinger Dr in Champions Gate in Feb 2024 for our vacation on Feb 2025. In July of 2024 we were contacted by executive villas Florida telling us that the owner was no longer interested in doing short term rentals. They found us the house at Captiva Dr as they had nothing available in Champions Gate. We accepted after speaking with a VRBO representative to make sure this was a legitimate offer. This property……
