“My sister and I have always wanted to visit Smith Island. This house was perfect! Well appointed, comfortable, great location and terrific host. The golf cart was such a huge bonus. We had amazing water tours, walked, relaxed, spotted more birds than we could count. Everyone on the island was beyond friendly. Just had a wonderful time which was amplified by the great accommodations! ”

“Took my grandson for a weekend trip to Smith Island to celebrate his HS graduation. My daughter, also, accompanied us, since I am a 90 year old "Grammy", and need some assistance. Our cottage was clean, comfortable and had all of our needs. The host, Kim, was extremely attentive, and made our dinner the night we arrived so we could just relax. “Check in and check out were easy. They had a new grill to use, lots of outside equipment like bikes and kayaks to use, plenty of room inside to hang out with family, large yard was great for our dogs and the area is so quiet- we only saw a few people the whole time which was nice. Large dining table, poker table, washer and dryer, and chess table were all nice to have. Outside shower worked well. Lots of parking. Every room had made beds and clean towels and washcloths which was very nice. Bring……

“The house was exactly how the pictures showed !Cute and cozy ,and clean ! Im a country girl and felt at home sitting on the porch,enjoying the breeze. The sound of the ocean was a bonus!! Quiet and peaceful. I enjoyed the beautiful sunrises and morning walk on the dock. Overall i enjoyed my stay appreciate the hospitality of the host and would booked again !! ”

“We srayed at this property due to number of guests and proximity to the college. It was a great mix of old and new. This house was wonderfully appointed and everyone enjoyed their stay. The views were spectacular and we had everything we needed and more. It was unexpectedly remote, but once we got used to it, it was barely noticeable. We are even considering staying here again ”
