“The place is clean,quiet and good communication from Joe.Nearest to the shopping center and Fort Jackson boot camp where my son was graduating. ”

“I loved the property and how while walking to the pool the downstairs neighbors had plants growing and gave it a homey feel. The fenced in pool wasn't too far from the condo which was comforting because I have a toddler. The wooded area around it felt like a secluded get away. The condo itself was clean, well stocked with dishes, silverware, and cooking needs. The beds were very comfortable, and my toddler loved the family room rug. His words "ooo, cozy!". We can't wait to come back! ”

“Our stay was short, but good. No troubles. Bob was an excellent communicator. We were in town for our son's graduation from Basic Training at Fort Jackson. ”

“The house is really nice and clean. I would definitely stay again. The only problem I had was requesting a late checkout of only 2 hours. I kept getting a response to request it the morning of departure. Since checkout is at 10:00 am it didn’t make any sense. I did request it at 8:00 am and still received the same response.”

“Very clean, quiet and awesome location. Really enjoyed our time in Columbia as well as our super comfortable VRBO. Would definitely stay there again!”

“The home did not look like picures. The owner was prompt to respond and help us when we had concerns about what we found pice we arrived, but the property manager didn't answer. It was not far from Fort Jackson, and the condo was in a quiet neighborhood. Those were the only two positives.”
