“We had stayed at a handicapped friendly room, room 110, a few days before this visit. They put us in room 114., Even better! The bracket holding the showerhead was broken and so it was hard to clean yourself. There was a hairdryer unit in this room, 114. Breakfast is adequate, but they didn’t have any pancake mix, so you were forced to accept toast or bagels. ”

“The hotel was good. The only thing I didn't approve the refrigerator was filthy and unclean. I had to clean it which was not fair to me and my 90-year-old mom. As for the breakfast menu, I wish your establishment would serve more turkey products. We do not eat beef or pork. The other items on the breakfast menu are excellent! Just more turkey products please!”

“It was alright for what was needed. Breakfast had options - but was cold… I think sterno was out. Phone in room didn’t work. AC wasn’t cooling past 70. TV channel guide channels were not correct, were two off. Staff were attentive.”

“The room is a mess! The floor is all sticky, and the fridge keeps making this loud noise. But the worst part is bathroom, it’s disgusting. The shower is covered in hair and dust, it’s just nasty. I paid over 200 bucks for this? Seriously?”
