“Recently refurbished flat in the city centre, excellent location. The heating worked really well, nice bathroom, good apartment size.The windows have not been refurbished yet, which meant that some of them could not be opened. There was some dust everywhere.We had a wonderful stay though and would choose this place again. ”

“Wonderful hosts, beautiful area, linens and cooking utensils provided, as well as a few tea bags and coffee sachets for a cuppa and a sit down when you arrive! easy self check in with amenable hosts. 10/15 min walk to the local high street, and ample parking space. a great self catering stay - does the job, i would happily recommend and stay again. thank you!”

“I NEVER leave negative reviews but I feel as though this one calls for one. To start, in the property description(which I do have a screenshot of) it states, Piccadilly Circus is an 8min walk, London Eye 11min walk…Which is why I chose it. Completely FALSE!!! You cannot even make it to the train station in either of those times! It would take you nearly 2 hours to walk to either. 3 of the 3 toliets would not flush so we were afraid to use them. We were freezing my daughter tried to turn up……

“Property is a true diamond in the rough. Excellent location. Once you learn the bus / underground and train system, all 3 are close by.It is a true artist studio, bare minimum. The host was more than accommodating once issues were raised.We wish them the very best.”

“Uncomfortable bed which was bolted together incorrectly, so kept scratching my legs on the screws. There was a bedside lamp but the flex wasn't long enough to reach the plug socket. Ther were 2 of us staying but inly 1 mug supplied. Very noise due to the close proximity of the traffic and people slamming doors. Shower heads were dirty and the water pressure was very poor. Fridge door didn't close properly”

“The house was lovely. Clean and well equipped. Coffee was delicious. There were 5 of us and we all enjoyed our rooms. A great bonus to have 3 bathrooms with showers so we could get ready quickly in the morning.Our host was a delight. Fun and informative, always available for questions. Many wonderful ethnic restaurants in the area. Our favorite was the authentic Polish cuisine.We loved our stay in London.”

bad service, not recommend

"all are hand wash, even the one near the bath tub. and cant open the window cause of broke handle, ask for help from staff, really not helpful! wait at the lobby for 25mins, finally willing to change another room for me! really cant stay a room without oxygen over night "

"The location is good for people who are driving with easy parking. The bad point is the room's lack of temperature control. The temperature is locked at 22 degrees, and I informed reception that they can't do anything about it. It is freezing cold inside the room."

Good for value

"Close to Stansted airport. Bear in mind £4 per trip to and from airport. Breakfast included. So very good for value. In general it’s a but dated. McDonald’s and M&S food hall just a min walk away. For a brief stay to catch an early flight. Very good choice. "
