“The loft was perfect for our family. Kitchen was limited but since we were in town visiting family, it wasn't really needed. There was plenty of space for our family. Well stocked and clean. Owner was very responsive and attentive. Great stay! ”

“This property in my opinion was a great place to stay in Waverly! The apartment itself was all newly remodeled. The use of the small space was clearly well thought out. The decor was perfect and the unique little treats left for us from shops on the same street made the stay extra special. The only negative thing I could even say about the stay is the stairwell & hallway are pretty sketchy. With that being said, all you have to do is read the owners description and you are given a heads up on……

“I always like staying here. My only complaint is that it smelled of "old" cooking oder. It may have been closed up for a while so no fresh air was available or it may have been coming from one of the other units. This is the first time I have ever noticed an unpleasant odor.Otherwise all was great.”
