“What a charming place! The loft was quiet, clean, and beautifully maintained. Thoughtful touches and plenty of supplies made the stay very comfortable. Local boutiques are just a short walk away, and the view over the river was the icing on the cake. I stayed for about a week and it quickly felt like home. One note: it can be tricky to get an Uber or Lyft without a car, but Kris was very helpful in pointing me to a local taxi company. Thank you! I’d definitely love to stay here again the next……

“Home base for family get together was perfect -everyone loved the space. Well appointed with comfortable be; kitchen perfect for cooks. Lovely Lounging in living space. Stairs are many but rewards at the top. entryway well designed for security. Views of the river fantastic. The bridge construction reduced traffic and noise :-)”

“A great little spot to stay while we were in town! They thought of all the details to make the stay comfortable and the space was beautiful and clean. Bed was very comfortable. Will stay here again if we end up in Waverly, IA again! ”
