“The house accommodated my family of 17 family members needs. Location was great. Beautiful with so many amenities, so clean, and organized. Owner was helpful during an onset snowstorm where power went out for short time. Will definitely stay here again when needed for visits to Charles City. Very kid friendly! ”

“We enjoyed our stay at the Old Mill. We rented the street-level apartment which was perfect for the four of us. The kids enjoye d the toys and we all had fun playing some board games. The place was very clean. There were some Asian beetles present but this was not unique to just this property. “The place was new and pretty clean. The cabin had a lot of things, and it was a pretty comfortable stay with a nice hot tub. The hot tub was mostly clean; I liked that you were able to pick the temperature. I also liked that they gave you access to kayaks. To be honest, the location is ok, it's secluded, which makes it peaceful, but there isn't much to do in that town.
