Like other guests, we used Lyft/Uber to get around Charleston and avoided the hassle of urban traffic and parking. Our one major complaint was the shower. You had to reach in to turn it on, so you were soaked with cold water before it warmed up. Very, very poor design.”

“The room wasn’t 100% clean. There wasn’t a latch to lock the door so I had to put the table in front of the door for extra protection. The towels are all stained (I brought my own so I didn’t use them) there was dirt build up in the corners of the room. Housekeeping came pounding on the door at 9 when checkout is at 11 so that was kind of frustrating. The staff member that checked me in was nice the one i checked out with was on the rude side. But you get what you pay for. Also, there’s a pool……
