“Staff always is very kind and laid back, works with me as best as they can if im a few minutes late paying the room, and just real laid back.”

“The man at the front desk was very nice and respectful and it was quite quiet at night time, it was clean and had blankets and they were clean the stay was very pleasant and I will be staying there again!!”

“We chose it cuz decided to go to SC at the last minute and there weren't so much choices for us. Generally, staffs there were okay but it wasn't worth the price for a motel at such condition. Pro: Good location, you could get there easily when going down from the highway. Con: The walls were pretty thin so we could hear people next door talking clearly when it's loud enough.”

“Worst customer service ever, I tried to get in touch with them to get a refund because I had a issue that I have to attend, and they didn’t pickup that phone, and when they finally did, they denied the refund, do not stay there, is a shame ”

“The TV in our room never worked properly. I told the front desk the first day and asked again. No one ever came to check the TV. It was out of focus. Also, the site advertised free breakfast and a pool; there was no breakfast at all… not even coffee in lobby and the pool was drained. The staff did not offer alternatives to breakfast even though there was a place attached to one part of the hotel. I thought it was closed. My room was clean but the stairs and outside was not swept and sloppy.……
