The location is perfect for everyone visiting Charleston, but especially if you have a college student! Thank you for making a crazy move in weekend work smoothly. “Exactly as pictured. Beds were comfortable and quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed staying here and the location was great; close to King Street and the beaches. It was great having a shaded parking space. You do need a second person to help pull out of the driveway as cars are parked along the road and you can’t see around them. Be careful pulling out onto the road. ”

“The property is in the center of the French Quarter and walking distance to everything! The property was super clean, recently updated and a quiet, restful place.”

He checked in to make sure we were all set and reminded us he was just a phone call away. The location was super convenient and felt very safe. Thank you for a wonderful stay, Tony. “Everything was as stated in the listing! Appreciated the well stocked kitchen and the provided detergent, toiletries, cleaning products, etc. Location was convenient to everything we needed and communication with owner was great.”

“The house was clean and homey. Paul and his wife were helpful and ready to answer any questions. We loved that it was within walking distance of everything.”

“The Iris was exactly what I needed, except maybe the car carousel. Technically, my vehicle fits on the SUV carousel, but not really. That was frustrating, especially since I slightly damaged my door. User error. The location of The Iris is perfect. Just off the highway and a few blocks from the famous King Street. This is downtown/old town Charleston, so you might feel a little uneasy if you aren't familiar with being downtown in a city. However, The Iris has its own tall gate system that……

“loved this rustic beach getaway. BED so comfortable, shower great and VERY close to downtown and pier! Only 3 suggestions…leave instructions on how to lock the door with keypad, put in description that the fridge has no freezer and leave instructions on how to locate the walking path to the beach! We brought freezer items with no way to keep frozen. No big deal, just didn’t know how to plan. Will be back!!!”

“We had a studio on the 3rd flood. It was the perfect size with a queen bed and a separate living area with a couch and fireplace. The room was clean and quiet with no street noise. The front desk was very friendly and helpful. The best part was the location. Quick walk to the market, the waterfront and French Quarter. We would definitely stay here again. ”

“Great location and wonderful property! Centrally located on King Street, it was fun looking out the windows and seeing people walking around. It was easy to walk everywhere from this location. The unit was very clean and well appointed. The linens were clean, good air conditioning in the summer heat, and it had everything we needed for our stay. The parking spot was very convenient right outside the door. Great property, definitely recommend!”
