“This is a very nice house. If Burke Mountain/Kingdom Trails are where you want to be, this can't be beat. 2 minutes from the main drag, this place is quiet and comfortable. It has a nice deck, a good view. A good place to kick back after skiing or biking.”

Very, very nice people. :) Great location if you want something quiet with beautiful view over the mountain. it’s very close to Island Pond and also to Silvio Conte wildlife refuge. “Absolutely perfect relaxing lakefront house in every way! The bed was very comfortable, the relaxation areas were great, the fan really helped cool things off and the windows brought in just enough cool mountain air and the sound of the loons! The kitchen was also ideal. The location was spectacular, the views and the sunsets were not to be missed and an easy 10 minute drive into town with a good selection of restaurants and markets. This place in the summer is incredible but we are just as……

“Our family and friends had an incredibly enjoyable time at this property. The house was beautiful, with fantastic lighting, super comfortable beds and plenty of room for everyone to relax. The wraparound porch was probably our favorite feature, with the spectacular views it afforded from the swing. We heard loons calling to each other and had multiple bald eagle sightings. I highly recommend renting this house to anyone wanting to get away from the insanity of modern life. ”

“We had a great stay!! The view from the house was awesome. We rented kayaks one day from Clyde River Rec and spent the day on the lake. We also hiked to the summit of Mt. Pisgah. All very close by. There is basically no service in the area and wifi is unreliable but we totally enjoyed being off the grid! The Gap restaurant was close by and good. Mostly picked up food from local farm stands though. Overall great stay and owner was responsive!! ”
