“The rental gave us a really nice experience with its stunning view of the ocean. The house had a very modern feel to it and it felt really surreal. “This place was nice overall, with a nice patio and view of the car dock. It was a good location for walking to cruz bay restaurants, although it was very steep. A few negatives were the noise (windows have no glass, just a screen with metal louvers), the parking spot was tiny, so the car stuck out into the road a bit, and it could use some grill utensils.”

“Emily’s place was perfect for our family of 5. We have kids ages 9, 6, and 6. It’s clean, comfortable, and so convenient to everything! The beds were so comfortable. “Great place to stay. Elvis showed us all the plants around the property before he left us to enjoy the place which was so enjoyable. The place is cuter than the pictures and the view was the best we saw on trip. It is on a mountain so prepare to be a lil cooler than the beaches. Our mistake was not getting a rental… which was difficult to find taxi small enough to navigate the roads… most taxis are large van/ small buses. So please get a rental as main road up to place is a well maintained road………

Prop manager was easy to contact with questions.Negatives: Bathroom needs some serious TLC (ceiling is unpainted, shower curtain bar is not super secure) but it's all cosmetic. “Awesome location, authentic vibes, very friendly and accommodating host. Walk down the hill and go to many of the bars/restaurant that line the water. I walked down the hill to get breakfast and coffee many times during my stay. Just be prepared for the uphill walk on the way back! “Very clean large room with well supplied kitchenette with pots, pans etc. Modern & high end. Effective split unit, excellent A/C. Location is not convenient for shopping unless one has a car or uses taxis. Hotel is close to the shopping area, but not easily accessible by foot due to a very steep long climb from shops to hotel. The little convenience store at the hotel was not well stocked, many empty shelves. The only restaurant at site, however, was very good, with a varied menu. ”
