Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay in Charlottesville. The House Located 1 mile away from Charlottesville Albemarle Airport, 8 miles to UVA Hospital and 8 miles from The University of Virginia. We've selected great mattresses, bedding, new Kitchen wares.
The House was built will started to be used for the first time from May 15th 2023. We have 1 car parking garage and an additional 1 parking infront of the House.

Nice townhome
Great location near Charlottesville and the airport. Very clean and new. Had one small issue which the owner very quickly remedied. I'd definitely recommend!

The house was clean and the owner was very helpful in troubleshooting some internet connectivity issues that arose.

Had not been cleaned
Sparsely furnished bedrooms and my bathroom had not been cleaned. Toothpaste all over mirror. Carpets not vacuumed. Bedroom only had a bed in two of the rooms. Furniture in some rooms appeared to be second hand. Be aware that this 3 levels and lots of stairs. It is a row house in an internationally populated neighborhood with construction going on. I would not rent again.
