“14 of us went to visit my son at RPI for a football game. Loved the property. Back yard was beautiful and completely fenced in! Room for our corn hole game and we could even go into the basement with it when it rained. View is beautiful across the street from the front porch, enjoyed my coffee there. Plenty of space for every to sleep and we even got 9 people on the couch it’s so big. Would rent again!”

He was beyond generous with his time and with his home and all the amenities offered inside and out. The home itself is incredible. We can imagine that their neighborhood is full of fun, sun, and activities in the summertime but when we visited in October, it was a perfect autumn escape. We were so happy we chose their cottage for our weekend trip, it was a perfect spot to stay between Saratoga Springs and Albany. “The house was perfect! The kitchen was well-equipped, and the grill was a huge plus. There is a nice outdoor space and backyard, and it slept 4 comfortably. It was a 45 min. walk to SPAC, not nothing, but absolutely walkable if need be. ”

“The room is as described and shown in the photo and as mentioned in earlier comments the fence has a gap so it’s still a leash required yard, but they have designed a privacy passage between the room and the bathroom so concerns about that have been eliminated. We had trouble with the key box but help arrived quickly when we got there, and they provided everything needed for a lovely stay with my two pups. ”
