“Great location, just walking distance to the metro and tram stations. Breakfast buffet didn’t have many choices but everything was good. Really appreciate they provide the water in glass bottle instead of plastic ones. This will be my top choice to stay if I visit Lisbon again!”

“酒店的位置係方便的。但第一天入住就發現厠所有臭味，通知左酒店，有改善。不過，第二天又有臭味，所以，我覺得這是個渠道問題，不易改進！酒店沒有洗衣設施，但網站話有的，所以，不知是誰的錯誤！床已有一般日子，所以，不舒服！”

“地點很好，我住的房間一開窗戶就是奧古斯塔街 （Arco da Rua Augusta）下午接近傍晚的時候都有一些表演，你可能開窗的時候就可以看得到，感覺蠻愜意，晚餐在地下1樓個人覺得還算還可以。不過單人旅遊晚上的時候要多注意一點，我在那邊附近晚上都遇到有人上來講一些話或搭訕，我是沒理他們就快步走開。”

The staff was very accommodating and helpful, the room was clean and cozy and each day's breakfast was spectacular in the most beautiful room. This is a very hillly part of Lisbon so be prepared. Our room had a lovely view. Great bifana's are across the street and I can highly recommend Madame Bacchus for drinks and dinner and live music when they have it, just steps from the hotel. “Excellent location at Baixa, convenient to walk to main attractions or take the metro or railway to suburbs in Lisbon. It is centrally located with a lot of shops and restaurants. The breakfast buffet is a great surprise, with lots of options and freshly made eggs / omelets and coffees/teas of your choice. The front is also rather helpful. We totally enjoyed our 6 nights of stays and would no doubt book the hotel again if we visit Lisbon again.”
