“The house is charmingly decorated, clearly a lot of effort went into it. The host/hostess have anticipated every need in the well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. My sense is it has been recently remodeled and has a new feel. The multiple window air conditioners were much appreciated during the hot days this past week. My family thoroughly enjoyed staying at this property.”

“The staff was great, the property not so much. Bathroom did not have a toilet paper holder, and the bathroom sink had no stopper to allow filling the sink to shave. The listing did not have the address or phone number for the property nor did it include directions to get there .”

“Enjoyed our stay in the tiny house. Perfect little spot for a couple or small family. Short walk down to a private little beach (there is a decent hill to walk down, but doable!). Lots of restaurants and conveniences nearby. We happened to be there on a 90 degree day and the sleeping loft was a bit toasty but it was manageable. The lower level was cool with AC. Overall very clean, easy parking, no complaints. ”

“We enjoyed our week at this rental , it was close enough to all the activities we needed to attend in Providence, but far enough away to be a quiet relaxing location. It was quaint and charming, when we had a sudden issue with the water heater the landlord had it fixed immediately. He gave me a tour of the waterfront snd when we left a couple Orr items behind he even mailed them out to us!”

Perfect location - easy access to everything we wanted to see without being right in all of the city traffic. The host was super communicative and easy to reach. We would definitely stay here again when in Rhode Island!”

“It’s an older motel, slightly rundown, slightly shabby. The beds were comfortable. The room was clean. The neighborhood was safe and the location was very convenient to a nearby expressway. It was easy to get into Providence RI. There’s a nearby family restaurant with decent food and friendly service. We knew going in that it would not be fancy. We got what we paid for. ”

“We were there for my daughter's wedding. All 7 of my granddaughters came to get ready! The apartment was clean well stocked with towels and linens for us all! The yard was gorgeous well taken care of well manicured the very impressed! Thank you to Kathy for having us and we would definitely return again”
