“The property is clean and functional. It’s a basement apartment without AC so keep that in mind for warmer months. Busy neighborhood so backing out of the driveway on weekday mornings is tricky. ”

“We stayed for the week as we were having work done on our home. There was plenty of space for all of us (6 people) The yard is very nice. Only thing I wished was better was the weather as it rained most of the time we were there.”

“My wife and I stayed here with our two small children and absolutely loved it. The house was clean and comfortable and the host was extremely thoughtful and responsive. And the view of the water from the living room was gorgeous! We definitely want to stay here again in the future. The location is also great. Whether you want to take a day trip to Boston, or go to Newport, or Providence the house is conveniently located near the highway making it easy to get to multiple places. Route 6 is……

“It’s an older motel, slightly rundown, slightly shabby. The beds were comfortable. The room was clean. The neighborhood was safe and the location was very convenient to a nearby expressway. It was easy to get into Providence RI. There’s a nearby family restaurant with decent food and friendly service. We knew going in that it would not be fancy. We got what we paid for. ”

“We were a bit underwhelmed by the property. It was a bit more run down then we expected. Not sure what the issue was but there was police presence when we got there, which was concerning. And not that it was the property’s fault but some of the guests were a bit noisy late at night. It was fine for one night and served it’s purpose, we were only there to sleep.”
