“What was listed as a Deluxe Penthouse apartment was far from it. - As a city girl. I am familiar with city-life. Nevertheless, to be greeted by a few shady-looking characters in the front of the building, did not make me, or my grandchildren, feel secure. - Upon entering the apartment, the lights did not work in "the dining room" and part of the kitchen. “The house was clean, just as advertised, and supplied with kitchen and bath items to make this stay extremely convenient and comfortable. Parking is a little tight on the actual street for those with larger SUV's but the permit parking was wonderful, and I never had a problem finding a spot on the street. The host was phenomenal, quick to respond and easy to communicate with. I highly recommend. ”

“The property management has horrible communication, very unprofessional and lacks customer service. After driving 5 hrs to get to Baltimore they canceled my reservation 10 minutes before i arrived at the property and couldn't give me a clear explanation why my reservation was canceled.
