“Hotel Macchi is beautifully situated in Chatel with rooms facing the mountains and slopes. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. We were given recommendations on sites to see and visits to do in the area. The restaurant is beautifully decorated, the service is friendly and welcoming, and the food is our of this world. “The entrance to hotel.section is through the restaurant below. The waitress check us in. Even though strange we didn't mind since we had food overall experience. The room and bathroom are nicely decorated. Beds were very comfortable. Bathroom had shower and standalone tub. Whole ambiance is luxurious. You can have a coffee against the Mont Blanc view on the little balcony. Only issue we had that was not related to the hotel. We came across a man that verbally abusive (in French) that scared……

“Very chill and cozy hotel. Staff are very sweet and helpful, but also not overly bearing. They stay in the background as much as possible. Not overly formal as you get in many hotels. Spa is very good, with good jacuzzi, nice little pool and good sauna and Hamman. Breakfast was also good, a mixture of everything; bacon and eggs, hard boiled if you want. Plenty of cereal, yoghurts, fruit, cold cuts and cheese, and plenty of pastries and different types of bread. The rooms were cozy, with nice……

“We visited Les Gets for the first time and our stay at the Chalet-Hôtel La Marmotte could not have been better. We were warmly greeted by reception, had the most amazing room and so impressed with the cosy lounge. The breakfast was delicious, the location perfect as directly by the slopes and lifts (if skiing). The most relaxing luxurious stay in a quality hotel.
