“A very pleasant stay in a very convenient location of Evian. I stayed for a long weekend, and although the room was very nice, and I got a balcony, there was a bit of a stale smell in the bathroom, and although opening a window helped, it was not very handy being it was a bit cold. However the room was very nice, very comfortable and very clean. ”

“Worst Accommodation in my lifetime !!! I had to arrive late at the accommodation for work and called 4 or 5 times in advance to ask how to check in, but the answer machine always answered and no one answered the phone. When we arrived at the facility late at night, we could not locate the reception desk and had no choice but to stay at another hotel nearby that night. When we visited the facility the next morning, the receptionist was arrogant and did not apologize for not answering the phone. I……

“We stayed in the Cosy Chilly Powder for Three nights and really enjoyed the Experience. Great location at the foot of the main Avoriaz Gondola and you can ski in on your way down the Mountain. All the Team were Super Friendly and Helpful and food especially Breakfast Really Good. Felt like we were being hosted in someones Home Chalet. Would Highly Recommend Peter and Tracey ”

“Very friendly and helpful service. Hôtel is conveniently located and the small spa is nice (although no pool). Food options however are limited. Breakfast is decent but avoid half board. The ground floor restaurant basically reuses left over breakfast items! ”

“Fantastic hotel - so convenient for everything! The staff cannot do enough for you, they are all fabulous. The only downside was that the pool wasn’t warm and the heating system in the room didn’t work well. Made it harder to dry slightly damp ski gear! Thank you for an amazing stay. ”
