“Hôtel bien situé avec une belle piscine couverte. Personnel très agréable. Chambre familiale spacieuse. Par contre, forte odeur désagréable de fuel dans les parties communes (La Tapiaz) durant tout le séjour. Pas possible de profiter du balcon de la chambre 5 sans être dérangé par le bruit de la ventilation de la piscine. Quelques détails qui pour moi font un peu « cheap » pour un 4* : pas de chaussons dans la chambre et des distributeurs de gel douche. La partie salée du petit déjeuné offre peu……

“Which was this hotel because of it’s close to the train station as well as the ski tram, which is a short walk. I was doing a ski trip so I made the logistics a lot easier. Didn’t realize that this hotel was in the sports center, which itself is quite impressive with a hockey rink three pools, curling rink, gymnasium, full gym and the bistro. “Par où commencer tout d’abord chambre très petite , concernant l’hygiène poile et cheveu dans la baignoire draps avec des poils, manque d’eau chaude et j’en passe.., heureusement le personnel a réagis et nous a changer de chambre, mais manque de chance télé non fonctionnelle.Concernant l’espace bien être, jacuzzi tiède/froid (ce n’est pas de la faute du personnel car soucis technique) mais qui aurais dû être précisé lors de l’appel pour la réservation, piscine assez froide donc tout les enfants……
