“During my stay, I lost my backbag in the bus. Fortunately, the staff of Trlala hotel enthusiastically and patiently dealt with the communication and the contact with the bus staff. Luckily, Tralala successfully got the news that my backbag was found and immediately told me how to go to the bus office to get it back. Appreciate the staff. Thanks a lot. ”

“因为是三口出游，所以预订了湖景的Junior Suite房型。 优点是： 1、房间面积比较大，看了下附带的防火指南的户型图，即使是乞丐房的面积也不小； 2、附带的湖景阳台是亮点，建议后面预约的一定要选湖景房，否则没什么风景； 3、步行3分钟距离内有两家中餐馆，主干道那家的价格更合理也更好吃；步行5分钟有coop超市，记得晚上7点就停止营业，想买东西要早点去 缺点是： 1、位置离蒙特勒火车站稍有距离，去的时候如果没有swisspass，拿着行李需要走15分钟左右；返程时可以利用酒店送的当地公交卡，3分钟到公交站后有公交直达火车站；”

“Stunning hotel with exceptional amenities. We stayed in suite which included a large living room and balcony. The bed was extremely comfortable and the staff at the hotel could not be friendlier. The breakfast buffet was a great addition to our stay. I would definitely stay here again.”

“Very good stay. I didn’t realise the hotel is named after the chocolate brand. Very nice visit to the chocolate factory too~ Restaurant staff is nice; but the reception staff not very friendly, always poker face.”

“距離車站有點遠，對於不是駕車旅行的旅客有些不方便。但是飯店周圍環境安靜悠閒，視野佳，可見葡萄園景和湖景。飯店員工非常和善親切，飯店內很乾淨。”
