“Nous avons passé seulement une nuitée, mais nous avons apprécié l’hôtel (la chambre était très bien, équipée correctement, très confortable et propre). Le personnel de l’hôtel (réception, bar et petit-déjeuner) nous a très bien accueilli et nous lui remercions. Notre première visite, mais sans doute pas la dernière.”

“A very convenient location and close to VISP station (Banhoff). It is a good hub for going to Zermatt and other sight seeing point. The hotel allow me an early checkin that is amazing in Europe. Thanks to that. The room is neat and tidy with a nice balcony. There is construction work nearby and the hotel provide 3M earplug for us that shows the empathy of the hotel.”

“酒店位於Lauterbrunnen站附近，坐火車停站前已經可以望到。走路大約5-10分鐘路程,有斜路、樓梯，但也算輕鬆。酒店職員友善，英文不錯！我的是山景房間，雪景很美。旁邊是到Mürren 的cable car ，上到去可以看到007的取景場地雪朗峰。雖然旁邊是纜車站，但噪音也不大，關了窗就沒有聲音。”

“非常喜歡這家飯店，地點超級棒！服務也很好，飯店人員介紹的徒步路線簡直是全瑞士最棒的風景！小陽台可以直視少女峰實在是太壯觀了！連廁所的小窗戶看出去都是美景！”

“Hotel forms part of the castle and has the most incredible views. Lovely spa which I recommend for an hour after a busy day exploring. Great location for connections to the mountains. Lift access to the Old Town. Super friendly staff. Lovely breakfast. Unique hotel that I would highly recommend. ”
