“After some terrible train trouble in Italy, we got here after check in was closed. I called ahead of closing and the staff were so lovely, helpful and understanding about our situation and figured out a solution for us. Pool and sauna is open 24/7 and the can also book massages at the desk on check in.”

“A very convenient location and close to VISP station (Banhoff). It is a good hub for going to Zermatt and other sight seeing point. The hotel allow me an early checkin that is amazing in Europe. Thanks to that. The room is neat and tidy with a nice balcony. There is construction work nearby and the hotel provide 3M earplug for us that shows the empathy of the hotel.”

“Loved our 4 night stay in the Palace’s new building just adjacent to the main hotel. We were upgraded to a balcony suite that had a bunk bed room in addition to the master, and just wow. The view was spectacular from every window. The apartment smelled like fresh pine wood. The spa in the basement of the building was wonderful to have access to. Loved everything about the entire property. It all felt very luxurious. I recommend eating dinners out at other restaurants, since the menu here is……
