“Quiet, clean and in a friendly neighborhood. Staying there took some of the stress out of my Mayo Clinic visits. I always worry about my follow-up visits, but a good quiet place to stay helps me let that go.”

“Nice property, great outdoor spaces to hang out. Nice indoor pool. Room just fine for our needs. AC a bit loud but otherwise we had a great stay and would go back.”

“Very good communication with the owner, it is in a great location. Really close to the Mayo and Apache mall with many dining options. Had many extra accommodations like we ordered take out Chinese food and forgot to grab soy sauce, and it was there. I would recommend this to anyone”

“The ad lead us to believe it was on the 2nd story and it turned out out to be 3rd floor so 3 flights of stairs. Had to walk by the dirty laundry to get up to the room. Got to the room put in the code and the bed is not made, there’s someone’s luggage spread out all over and someone is obviously still not checked out of the room. Tried to contact the host and number was no longer in service. Got ahold of vrbo customer service eventually and they did give our money back after having to go back……

“We loved staying at the Gwen! It’s located in a quiet neighborhood. We really appreciate the panoramic views out the windows in the cozy living room. The king beds were awesome and it’s so nice to be able to bring our pup!”

“Great space in a safe, convenient location near St. Mary’s campus. Comfy beds and current furnishings. Very easy in/out and garage space is a plus. I’d suggest the addition of basic spices, cooking oil, and coffee filters to get to an even better experience.”

“Clean, everything we needed to cook meals was available, comfy beds and loads of pillows. The communication between owner and self was 10, they are kind, flexible and thoughtful. Will def be staying here again when we return.”

“My stay was really awesome at this lovely place. The unit is clean, super modern, easy to access, comes with a garage parking space, etc. I really appreciate the chilled waters in the refrigerator and snacks that were left for us after a long day of travels. Every detail was thought of. I believe this unit sets the bar for vacation rentals. Very beautiful unit.”

“I would not call this property upscale, but it was an older comfortable top floor of a house. Close to a few restaurants and a HyVee supermarket. Didnt like that we couldnt control the house temparature, it is in the apt below. Joanne who responds quickly, adjusted it, but still would be nice to have control as too cool in the am, too warm at pm. Joanne, thank you for a pleasant stay.”
