“The place is cute and was clean upon our arrival. Location is ok, not far from Mayo Clinic. The mattresses could be comfier, but other than that, communication with host was easy, instructions clear, and the place is cute and clean.”

“I left after 24 hours and the host would not refund my money except for one night. It was not stocked with anything (had to go out and buy coffee and filters). Had to ask about the rat trap right outside the door. Washing machine and dryer are behind a removable wall so it sounds like they are in the unit. Beeping happened all day. Final straw was bugs flying around to which they replied, “It’s spring and bugs get in the house.””

“The property was perfect for our stay in Rochester, it was an easy 10min walk to the Mayo building and 12 min walk to St Marys campus (perfect for getting to/from Mayo appts without the hassle of parking). Kitchenette was nice for us to be able to cook and prep store bought foods, grocery store just a 5 minute drive from the property. On site laundry facilities were a definite plus for us as well. Rita was super quick to respond with any concerns. Happy to have a great location and well……

“We stayed with are son who has cancer and was there for surgery. Stairs were so steep and dark. Shower base leaked in the corner. No water pressure. Kitchen is a walkway connecting bedrooms. Dorm size fridge. Tried reporting a man sleeping in his truck outside our door. Took 24 hours for host to do anything. They stated he was in apartment below us. Later that day notice he was back sleeping in his truck where he stayed for the next 2 days. We ended up leave 2 days early and staying at a hotel……

“Nice, new and clean space with easy and quick access to Mayo/Methodist Campus and downtown. Hosts were easy to reach and very responsive. Having an attached garage was a bonus. Heated bathroom floor was sweet. Space was cozy and efficient. ”
