“Our stay was wonderful! It was so calm, peaceful, and relaxing. Yvette was so kind and helpful. The breakfasts were all super delicious. They had games for outside, and fishing, and we all had lots of fun hunting for fossils in the river. We were a little concerned about being in the same house and eating breakfast with the owners (with several rambunctious kids and several introverts) but they made us feel completely at home and comfortable. It was like staying with family in all the best……

“Property is as listed. It is a fully operational farm so keep that in mind. We went up for a race weekend @ Deer creek speedway. Does offer amenities including washer, dryer, toaster, stove/oven, and refrigerator. Pull out sofa along with some cots. Shower and toilet, it is also equipped with ac/heat. Does have a barn available ( more or less camping ). Would visit again. ”

“Clean and comfortable. The finishes aren’t fancy but everything worked and nice to have off street parking and private yard. The steps to bedrooms 2 & 3 are pretty steep so might not work for everyone. Lots of TV’s so everyone can watch what they prefer. Kind and communicative hosts. I enjoyed the 1968 book celebrating the 100 year anniversary of Lime Springs for a little local history.”

“Dan was super nice and accommodating. If you are looking for a 5 star hotel, look elsewhere. It you want a large, clean farmhouse, this place is for you. Being a working family farm, expect to see a tractor or two going in and out. We really enjoyed sitting on the wrap around porch with a book watching the cows. Lilly, the family's dog, was super friendly and may come to visit you. We will definitely go back! Thanks again Dan!”
