“Great property to stay on Candy Creek. Pros: Location, cleanliness of the property, starlink WiFi and host Con: Driveway was a little small and difficult to fit a bass boat but we made it work. Overall a great little weekend trip!”

We had family that came from Lincoln, Alabama, Madisonville, Louisiana, and Kenner, Louisiana. This was an excellent place for our family to meet and be able to celebrate Jett’s birthday with family.”

“We’ve stayed at Pawpaw’s several times over the years and we have never been disappointed! As soon as we drive up over the hill and see the pond, house and grounds it feels like city stress all falls away! So many homey touches like baskets of soft blankets and quilts for snuggling under. Cabinets well stocked with everything you need to prepare a meal or cook outside, just need the groceries. The house always smells terrific! If we lived closer, we would stay a lot more often!
