“Visited LA with my bandmates to record music in Van Nuys, we also had two dogs with us. Behrouz is extremely communicable, very accommodating, and very friendly. We were there for a month. Initially we were taken back by the ADU, but we never saw anyone else the whole time we were there and everything felt completely private. The backyard pool and hot tub are well kept and an amazing addition to the property. We would absolutely stay here again. Close to grocery stores, restaurants, and a planet……

“Very Nice. We stayed for four days and felt comfortable.
The location of this hotel is wonderful that only takes 5 minutes to the Hollywood Boulevard.
The swimming pool is also nice and clean.

“We had a great experience at Kasa Sunset. The apartment was very clean and spacious, with a comfortable double bed, a bathroom with a bath, and a fully equipped kitchen. We also appreciated the communal laundry room available for use by the customers for free.
The apart-hotel is located on Sunset Boulevard, within walking distance of Hollywood Boulevard and the Hollywood Forever Cemetery.
Bus stops were not far from the apartment, and the underground station was a 15-minute walk away. However,……

“We picked this place because it was near the hollywood bowl and other places we planned on attending. Nice layout 2bd and 2bath. Nice quiet neighborhood, secure parking garage. Rooftop views of hollywood sign and downtown LA! There were only a few cons with our stay..there were no sheets for either bed..only a fitted sheet for the mattress and a comforter. I dont know anybody who sleeps with only a comforter. We went and bought our own sheet sets from the store! We had a battle with ants in the……

Pool and Jacuzzi were definitely perks for the kids to keep them busy before venturing out during the days guest suite was perfect for sister-in-law to be able to get away. “We had a good time at the property. It definitely was the right house for us to enjoy for a few days. From the size, privacy, pool and location, this house was ideal. “Perfect area for our stay with our daughter. Wouldn’t stay with more than three adults as it is small but the walk to the beach is short and perfect distance between Venice and Santa Monica Pier. WiFi worked well but we didn’t have cell service inside the bungalow so had to walk out to talk on phone if needed. Communication with owner was good and all questions were answered. Don’t forget to move your car Tuesday mornings! ”

"Room: clean, quite new
Staff: generally very nice and friendly, we had a good chat with the staff who arrange our check-in, and explain to us everything we need to know. The staff in the restaurant were very nice too, fully aware what we need before we voice out. But the staff who help with the luggage socked me a bit because I forgot to give the tips, but face changed in seconds when I gave out the note….tips culture is so hard for me
Location: excellent if you are visiting universal studios you have the free shuttle at the hotel
Food: we paid the breakfast and it was great, don’t forget the waffles! "
