“this cottage is out of a fairy tale. However it is really a beautifully crafted building. All Oak paneling and trim throughout and done by craftsmen. Complete privacy. Easy access to town and surrounding areas. Plenty of opportunities to commune with nature both around the cottage and the beautiful Tennessee mtns. Only bummer was I discovered the swans were not real. ”

“We had a fabulous time at carousel cottage. Such a cute home and perfect for our group of 4. We have visited Chattanooga the past 4 years and stayed somewhere different every time. This was by far our favorite place to stay. Any girls or family would love to stay at this house. So many extras to accommodate families. ”

“We absolutely enjoyed our stay with Maria at the carriage house! I’d have to say running into and chatting with Maria might’ve been my favorite part about the whole place. The property was located in a really convenient part of town and Maria made sure we had everything we needed and more!I feel like not only did we discover a new town but we discovered a new friend as well. Thank you so much again for opening your beautiful home for us to stay.”

“The house was perfect for our stay for the weekend. We were down for my daughter’s parents weekend at UTC. This was close enough to her but always far enough from the downtown area. House looks just like the pictures. Only thing was down fall was the beds have a dip in mattress, so we woke up with sore backs. Nothing that some Advil couldn’t help with. We would stay here again. ”

“This is an amazing little rental. The location was perfect for us. We were 10-15 minutes away from just about everything. It was clean, and even had some goodies left for us. Absolutely will recommend this place to everyone I know and will most definitely stay here again!!!!! The acoustics were great!”

“The environment was quiet and clean. There was also a little park near by that I enjoyed sitting in the morning with coffee, listening to the birds. The host was kind and accommodating and the house was perfect and clean and adorable. ”

“This is a wonderful place to stay at. I'm disabled so we had one step into the house. The place was clean and cozy. The back porch had a lot of spiders and spider webs but there was a broom provided to sweep off the webs. It's located near a river and in a forest covered mountain so spiders are to be expected. Otherwise plenty of utensils and plates. They also have a grill with comfy porch furniture. Very pleased with the stay. Will return.”
