“We had plans to cross a bucket list item off the list on a 50th birthday celebratory weekend.Unfortunately Mother Nature had a torrential rain planned for our Rock City Gardens plan. This rain gave us an opportunity to spend quality time in the cottage. We grabbed a Breakfast Burrito and settled down in the cottage to binge a few episodes of Downton Abbey while waiting for the rain to subside. This cottage is amazing. The only con I guess you would say is that the driveway is very steep and it had rained the past few days before our arrival making it a rough trek up it. The property manager did reach out to make us aware of this and said we would need a 4 wheel drive vehicle to make it up the driveway, we did in fact have a 4 wheel drive vehicle so we had no issues. “Overall, my kids and I enjoyed our stay here. I would definitely recommend it if you want a small, quiet, quaint cabin to stay in. It was a perfect size for the 4 of us. Lots of wildlife to enjoy!
