“Overall a nice place on the water. Beautiful view ! House is bright and open. Somewhat outdated and could use an update to furniture and appliances. Dishwasher wasn’t attached to the counter and just pulled away when I opened the door. Microwave over the range was non-functional. Needed extra blankets as the included nlankets were paper thin. ”

“House works great for a large family. The house was clean and comfortable. Plenty of space for small group gathering. House was well stocked with essentials.”

“Directions in binder where private Sandy Beach is located...( Path by railroad tiles ...just passed the crossing Oil all door hinges ..that way won't wake up others that are still sleeping...since no AC in bedrooms have to leave doors open to be comfortable in the bedrooms. Remote died and no AAA batteries, so went and bought some at DG store New grill ..that one worked but not hot only front part had flames...no way to cook food for 5 people. Door code only work to get in...so couldn't lock……

Michael was a wonderful host and we couldn't have had a better small family gathering at his place. He was kind, considerate and generous and a really interesting person. “If you’re gonna get snowed in anywhere, this is the place to do it! We made snow angels and had a beautiful snowshoe on the frozen lake. Also a very cozy spot to binge watch some TV and relax. The great ice Vt festival was very fun- we supported many local artists, businesses.”
