"Stay here everytime Im in Plattsburgh on business. Grounds & interior are decent, convenient and make for an easy stay. FD Admin team is clearly bias againt third party reservations forcing me to wait until 4pm while checking in SEVERAL other reservations that arrived well after me"

"Directions in binder where private Sandy Beach is located...( Path by railroad tiles ...just passed the crossing Oil all door hinges ..that way won't wake up others that are still sleeping...since no AC in bedrooms have to leave doors open to be comfortable in the bedrooms.
