“We stayed for several days when visiting family in Tonawanda. The location was perfect, the house clean and cozy, and the kitchen well equipped. We hope to stay again the next time we are up for a visit!”

“The property inside was nice other then hair in the shower and there was nothing for my granddaughter to play with that was listed in the description also no hot tub. The outside was fenced in which I loved but on the side of the house where I parked was filled with a lot garbage and the area wasn’t the greatest area but I managed. Now as for the host everything was great. Great communication with me. I just think the listing needs updated.”

“Loved everything about property it was great the neighbors not so much. Screaming, yelling, fighting and witnessing drug deals outside the home while on the porch with our children all hours of the night. Wouldn’t recommend for a family with young children. ”

“The whole family took a little mini vacay just a short time to get away from the everyday routine. The house very inviting and welcoming. Plenty of room as we had a family of 8 and no one ever felt cramped up. Everyone able to enjoy all the house amenities from the Livingroom fireplace, TV, comfy couch, to the Jacuzzi Hot Tub and game room! The beds were very comfortable. “My family was visiting Buffalo for our nephew's wedding. The reason we chose this house was the two bathrooms. It was a very nice stay in a beautiful home. My elderly parents stayed in the downstairs bedroom and used the downstairs bath. My family had the two bedrooms and bath upstairs. My pre-teen slept on the futon downstairs. “The house was very clean & well stocked with necessities such as soaps & kitchen appliances. Craig the owner was very friendly & quick to respond when we messaged him. The home was also very kid-friendly with coloring books, toys, & bunk beds. Our group had a big age range & we all felt very comfortable.”

“The Blue Bungalow was adorable and immaculate. It is also fully stocked with linens, toiletries, and games. Lou reached out several times prior to our arrival to provide recommendations of local restaurants and attractions and to let us know how to check in. “We traveled 4 states and 4 rentals. This house is by-far the largest and best yet. Very clean, larger than expected, amazing communications with landlord when we locked ourselves out, and it was late night. We will definitely staystay here again”

“We loved the space and location of this property. Located very well to everything we wanted, near enough to grocery stores etc. Host was responsive when contacted. Plenty of room, well furnished. Our biggest challenge, and the reason we didn't give this 5 stars, was because of a pervasive smell of cigarettes in multiple bedrooms. One room was bad enough that we couldn't use it. When contacted, they did offer to being odor remover by, however we chose to use a different bedroom. The listing did……

“We enjoyed the proximity to attractions. Very clean, as advertised. Only thing I wish I noticed was there is no back door access to back yard, and there is no gate for back yard, so not really enclosed for pets. It was only a minor inconvenience, but worth mentioning. ”
