“We had a great time this past weekend. It was my son's birthday and we all decided to come down from Canada to celebrate him at college. We had more than enough space for our group and enjoyed the large open concept of the home. We cooked, we drank, we had a hilarious time playing games, and enjoyed the video arcade game in one of the bedrooms. Thank you so much to the hosts for responding back so quickly to our questions! “Clean and functional ”

“My wife and I and our three kiddos stayed here for 3 nights and had a great time. Here is some of the feedback from our stay:Good things:- very homey, tv room was fun to relax in with the family and the fireplace made it even better. - Kids loved the upstairs loft. - easy entry into the home- washer and dryer were great to use- shower extremely hot (wife loved it)- extra blankets to stay warm Things to know- one bathroom, just plan accordingly if you have more than a few people- upstairs loft……

“We are a family of 4, our children are 13 and 5. We loved that everyone had their own room. Our 5 year old still takes baths and there wasn’t a stopper for the tub so he couldn’t take a bath- the shower head wasn’t very high pressure but it was fine. The place was very well kept and close to everywhere we wanted to visit while in Buffalo. The house is definitely old but very clean and warm. One thing we all would have wanted was better mattresses. They all caved into the middle and weren’t easy……

“It was comfortable and perfect for the night. ”

“Perfectly suited our needs. We were a family of 7 adults gathering in town for a wedding. We were very impressed with how clean it was. Central location walkable to the stadium. It smelled freshly painted! We had a bit of an issue with check in but the property manager helped us resolve it fairly quickly. We loved the Bills room. We all had our private spaces but could gather in the Bills room for family time. We would definitely stay here again”

“The place is beautiful. The owners were very helpful when we had some issues getting the dishwasher going. My daughter got ready with all her bridesmaids here before her wedding. There was lots of space and lots of beautiful spots for perfect pictures. The only real downfall was the temperature inside. Our visit was in February. It was hard to heat the place up because of the tall ceilings and open concept. The thermostat also seemed to readjust every 2 hours back down to 60 degrees, which for……
